A few words from Christiane Berger : Mother of several children, I founded this very small company particularly to help all people looking for natural products just as me. Above all, I wanna give you information. I wouldn´t like to merry-go-round with goodlooking advertisings, as this catalogue won´t read perfection. Furthermore he´s evoluating with our customer´s wishes, our purveyor´s offer (going on or stopping the production of some references), according to new articles I´ve just discovered put on and, last but not least, following freetime after customer information, our presence on fairs, paper stuff and my family. Especially by having chosen products of many little companies but making « big deals » with one only, prices can vary and some articles are produced at different timeslices. I started my project with a familiary budget, which doesn´t permit a big stock. References rarely demanded could be out of stock or even no longer produced. You´ll be informed in such a case, and get a proposal of something similar. Generally we dispatch your demand at last the week following your demand. Particular instances : fair periodes. More and more, our customers want us to be present at different organic fairs. Unfortunately we aren´t able to give a response to your orders by correspondence that time. Our secretary, Ms. Schmitt, will do her best to inform you (but she hasn´t personnaly tested our products). Dispatching´s done at our comeback, references out of stock taking a short time more. Above all, I wanna give you information, propose you useful articles produced with « noble » raw materials, respecting human rights concerning the assembly line! My best´s done to improve this catalogue, echo your questions an suggestions, and share my experience as mother of 5 children. Mistakes or leaks could remain, but my trust lies on your understanding, and on your thankfully advice. But if you´re in search of a pure commercial service, glancing good-lookin´ catalogues on glazed paper as they´re offered in our consumer´s society, whose will concentrates on money - rejoin the big department stores!
